14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Once you have notified us, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision.
Return Conditions
Products should be returned with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Missing original packaging alone does not eliminate your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for another model, please contact our support team before returning any products.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Promotional Offers
Some DORVANT WATCHES orders may include special promotions, such as “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” or other multi-item offers.
When products purchased as part of a promotional bundle are returned individually, any voluntary refund or adjustment may depend on the terms of the original promotion.
We will explain any applicable calculation before processing the return.
Promotional conditions do not override mandatory statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights.
